And it&#8217;s no wonder: the cheese is salty, moist, and crumbly, which makes it the perfect topping for <a href=\"\/recipes\/beet-pizza-with-feta-spicy-microgreens\" target=\"_blank\">pizzas<\/a>, <a href=\"\/recipes\/israeli-couscous-salad-preserved-lemons-sugar-snap-peas-feta\" target=\"_blank\">salads<\/a>, and <a href=\"\/recipes\/lamb-feta-sliders\" target=\"_blank\">meat dishes<\/a>. Feta is also versatile&#8211; its slightly briny, mild flavor makes it suitable for savory and <a href=\"\/recipes\/roasted-apricots-feta-honey-walnuts\" target=\"_blank\">sweet<\/a> dishes alike &#8212; including <a href=\"\/blog\/feta-buckwheat-pancakes\" target=\"_blank\">breakfast<\/a>.
