Mike Geno<\/a>, food artist extraordinaire, has painted everything from bacon and bread to sushi and donuts. However, it was his cheese series<\/a> that caught our eye, particularly this lovely portrait<\/a> of a yellow wedge of Duvel, with a striking black rind. Geno uses oil on wood for this series, which is the perfect medium to capture the texture of sliced cheese. What you’re left with is a cheesy glamour shot that’s pretty enough to eat!<\/p>\n
