This week’s fan photo winner is Donna C., who shared her gooey pic<\/a> of cheesy toast. She topped a perfectly browned piece of bread with Vermont Creamery’s<\/a> Bijou<\/a>, a French-style goat’s milk cheese with a Geotrichum candidum<\/em> rind. The tiny rounds are as cute as they are delicious, and we can’t argue with Donna’s simple preparation, which is perfect for a light lunch or warm snack.<\/p>\n
