During his recent lecture at Harvard University, Mario Batali, a key <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eataly.com\/us_en\/partners-collaborators\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eataly collaborator<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, described it so: \u201cEataly is all about cooking at home.
