Considered an integral part of French gastronomic heritage, the creation of this soft cow&#8217;s milk cheese&nbsp;dates back to the late 18th century, and museum visitors can learn all about its history and production. This industry was so important to the town that a replica of a 19th century cheese factory was erected in 1977 and it&#8217;s now part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ingersoll.ca\/visitors\/cheese-and-agricultural-museum\/cheese-agricultural-museum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ingersoll Cheese &amp; Agricultural Museum<\/a>. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheeseworld.com.au\/Our-Heritage\/Museum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cheese World Museum<\/a>&nbsp;in Victoria, Australia, gives credit where it&#8217;s due and pays tribute to&nbsp;the country&#8217;s hardworking, curd-producing men and women. The museum is part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheeseworld.com.au\/Home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Allansford Cheese World<\/a> complex and is run by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wcbf.com.au\/Home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Warrnambool Cheese &amp; Butter<\/a>.
