Luckily, I was able to sample my way around the show as well. Here\u2019s a short list of what tickled my palate over those three gluttonous days:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheeses<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kunik<\/strong>\u2014Nettle Meadow Farm &amp; Artisan Cheese in New York<\/li>\n<li><strong>Red Cloud, Aspen Ash<\/strong>\u2014Haystack Mountain Goat Dairy in Colorado<\/li>\n<li><strong>Goat cheese<\/strong>&nbsp;in marinated extra virgin olive oil\u2014Meredith Dairy in Australia<\/li>\n<li><strong>Azeitao<\/strong>\u2014from the village of Azeitao in Portugal<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wavreumont<\/strong>\u2014Fromagerie des Ardennes in Belgium<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blue Heaven<\/strong>\u2014powdered blue cheese by Rogue Creamery in Oregon<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hoja Santa<\/strong>\u2014Mozzarella Company in Texas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Benedictine<\/strong>\u2014Carr Valley Cheese in Wisconsin<\/li>\n<li><strong>Edun<\/strong>\u2014Red Barn Family Farms in Wisconsin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Things you can eat with cheese, or not<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beer Flats<\/strong>&nbsp;by Daelia\u2019s Food Company You might know them because they already make delicious biscuits for cheese.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Boat Street Pickles\u2019&nbsp;<\/strong>pickled figs. They pickle other things, too!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skillet&nbsp;<\/strong>bacon jam<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mang\u00e9 Le Gastronome<\/strong>&#8216;s&nbsp;fruit vinegars<\/li>\n<li><strong>California&nbsp;Wine Wafers<\/strong>&#8211;delicate wafers that you can pair with wines, but also some creamy triple cr\u00e8mes, I imagine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wild Thymes&nbsp;<\/strong>chutneys&#8211;I loved the onion jalapeno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clearbrook Farms&nbsp;<\/strong>preserves<\/li>\n<li><strong>O&nbsp;Olive oils<\/strong>, vinegars, and tapenades<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tishbi Winery&nbsp;<\/strong>wine\/fruit jellies and preserves&nbsp;from Israel. These were definitely a gem of the show for me!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rick\u2019s Picks&nbsp;<\/strong>pickles. Anything from them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sencha Naturals&nbsp;<\/strong>tea leaf mints. Cute packaging, fresh and minty.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foxy\u2019s&nbsp;<\/strong>frozen yogurts&#8211;with names like Cheeky, Sneaky, Naughty, and Sassy, you gotta love &#8217;em.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Steve\u2019s&nbsp;ice cream<\/strong>&nbsp;from Boston, Massachusetts&#8211;I tasted the Mexican chili chocolate, strawberry ricotta, and bourbon vanilla, but there is so much more!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seth Greenburg\u2019s Authentic New York<\/strong>&nbsp;brownie crunch&#8211;particularly the<strong>&nbsp;spicy<\/strong>&nbsp;varieties<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bourbon Barrel Foods<\/strong>&#8216;&nbsp;Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, bitters, spice mixes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Torie &amp; Howard&nbsp;<\/strong>organic hard candies<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bruce Cost<\/strong>&nbsp;fresh ginger ale&#8211;I definitely loved the pomegranate with hibiscus variety!<\/li>\n<li><strong>City Bakery&nbsp;<\/strong>hot chocolate. They have dark and milk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cosmos Creations<\/strong>&#8211;gluten-free, cornmeal puffs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1 {\n\t\t\t\tmargin:
