This version, Le Gruy\u00e8re AOP Le Cr\u00eat, has a five-year average of 19.67 points, and the creamery is one of only three to meet the 1655 criteria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To let its complexity shine, snack on Gruy\u00e8re alongside slices of apples or pears.
