This January 20th is National Cheese Lover\u2019s Day. We know what you\u2019re thinking: isn\u2019t that every day? And we\u2019re right there with you\u2014but we\u2019ll take any excuse to celebrate our deep appreciation for all things cheese. <\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how you can honor the great tradition of National Cheese Lover\u2019s Day this weekend. Happy celebrating, fellow turophiles!<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Try Some Cheese<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Visit your local cheese counter and ask the monger to give you something they\u2019re really excited about at the moment. Many shops also have little bins with odd cuts at discounted prices: it\u2019s a great place to broaden your selection. Just make sure to check the expiration date first. 2. Make Some Cheese<\/strong><\/h3>\n

There\u2019s nothing like the taste of fresh cheese made right in your own kitchen. And making cheese isn’t as hard as you may think.
