We&#8217;ll be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/culturecheese\/\">sharing our adventures over on our Instagram<\/a> story,&nbsp;in case you&#8217;re curious to see what all the fuss is about.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here&#8217;s what you may have missed this week in cheese:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mexican cheesemakers are selling wheels under the name \u201cManchego\u201d and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2018\/jan\/15\/spain-mexico-trade-deal-manchego-cheese-dispute\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Spanish aren\u2019t OK with it<\/a>. But what are they going to do about it?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We can\u2019t say it enough: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.connexionfrance.com\/French-news\/Cheese-fish-and-meat-as-seasonal-as-veg-say-experts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cheese is just as seasonal as strawberries or squash<\/a>. Right now, it\u2019s kidding season, which means <a href=\"https:\/\/developer83.wordpress-developer.us\/culturecheesemag\/cheese-iq\/style-highlight-fresh-goat-cheese-chevre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">it&#8217;s time for fresh goat cheese.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Los Vegas food truck is frying up <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tastemade.com\/shows\/tastemade-presents\/mac-n-cheese-eggrolls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">egg rolls filled with mac n\u2019 cheese<\/a>. Sounds like a food hybrid gone too far, but we have to admit that they look kind of awesome.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 32-year-old man with autism has been&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/av\/uk-england-tyne-42674978\/talented-32-year-old-with-autism-shows-sculpture-talent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">creating sculptures out of Babybel cheese wax<\/a>&nbsp;for the past 20 years. His work has&nbsp;attracted so many admirers that people are now sending their red wrappers to keep his supplies stocked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*The Food Network <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtmj.com\/sports\/green-bay-packers\/a-cheesehead-drink-food-network-invents-one-with-cheese-beer-and-brandy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crafted cocktails for fans of every football team<\/a> and their Cheese Head drink mixes the ultimate Wisconsin trifecta: cheese, brandy, and beer. One question: does it work?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apparently, the newest trend in wine is \u201cslumming it,\u201d so <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/melissakravitz\/2018\/01\/16\/best-wines-to-pair-with-a-box-of-mac-and-cheese\/#2b4b7dfc272b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here are a couple bottles of vino<\/a> to sip alongside your next bowl of macaroni and cheese. We&#8217;ll stick with a cold beer. <\/span><\/li>\n<li>A Welsh cheese company gifted Prince Henry and Meghan Markle a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.harpersbazaar.com\/uk\/culture\/culture-news\/a15385652\/prince-harry-and-meghan-markle-receive-wedding-cake-made-of-cheese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> five-tier cake made of cheese wheels<\/a>. We&#8217;re wondering what we have to do to get such royal treatment&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cheese tea has&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lamag.com\/digestblog\/cheese-tea-officially-hit-los-angeles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">officially arrived in Los Angeles<\/a>.
