We spent three days tasting our way through aisle after aisle of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">delectable cheeses, meats, jams, honey, chocolates, ice creams, kombuchas, coffees \u2013 anything and everything you&#8217;d ever want to eat!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some of our favorite bites we<\/span>&nbsp;discovered out at the Fancy Food Show, straight from the Culture crew&#8217;s mouth.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>1. Stichelton Toasts from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finecheese.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Fine Cheese Co.<\/a><\/strong> <\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;I\u2019ve long been a huge fan of Stichelton, a raw milk version of Stilton from cheesemaker Joe Schneider. These thin crispy toasts have all that robust and earthy flavor that I love and I bet they\u2019ll taste unbelievable with the nutty, raisin notes in a glass of tawny port.&#8221;<em> &#8211; Social Media Editor Erika Kubick<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>2.Adarr\u00e9 R\u00e9serve, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rodolphelemeunier.fr\/nos-exclusivites\/\">Rodolphe le Meunier Exclusive<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Rodolphe le&nbsp;Meunier fed me Adarr\u00e9, a mixed sheep-goat wheel from the Basque region. It&#8217;s decidedly sweet, with buttery overtones and a velvety mouthfeel.&#8221;&nbsp;<em>&#8211; Cofounder Lassa Skinner<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>3. Gorgonzola Dolce from&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.casarrigoni.it\/en\/prodotti\/tradizionali\/gorgonzola-dop-dolce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CasArrigoni<\/a> <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;This spoonable Gorgonzola Dolce is my new kryptonite. It has the perfect consistency with flavors of sweet cream smoothing out a subtle but persistent bite. It\u2019s begging to be tossed with pasta or smeared on fruit bread.&#8221;<em>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;Cofounder Stephanie Skinner<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. Everything Seasoning Parmesan Crisps from&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.joyfullbakery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Joyfull Bakery<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;I noticed a lot of on-the-go cheese snacks this year, which I&#8217;m all about. I\u2019m obsessed with everything bagels and parmesan crisps, and these flavor bombs are the best of both worlds. This marmalade is fruity without being&nbsp;cloying, and laden with chunks of guava &#8211; an excellent counterpart to a creamy cheese.&#8221;&nbsp;<em>&#8211; Cofounder Lassa Skinner<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>6. Za\u2019atar Flatbreads from <a href=\"http:\/\/mediterraneancrackers.com\/the-crackers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Firehook Baked Crackers<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;These might be my new favorite crackers. I carried a stash with me and paired it with all of the marinated feta and hummus I passed by. He introduced me to a startling pamplemousse butter.
