What could be more patriotic than that? You in?<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s what you might have missed this week:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why is the American South <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/thesalt\/2018\/04\/09\/598848804\/what-did-the-south-do-to-arroz-con-pollo-it-s-a-cheese-covered-mystery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">obsessed with Arroz Con Pollo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Oh, right. Cheese.<br \/>\n<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The USDA recommends avoiding pizza and cheeseburgers, but also funds efforts to sell more cheese-packed fast food items to save the dairy industry. I smell <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/opinion\/healthcare\/382123-usdas-fast-food-partnerships-to-push-cheese-is-a-health-conflict\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a cheespiracy on the Hill<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\n<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Can cheese save Wisconsin dairy farmers?
