Wedged into the tiny ski town of Waitsfield and surrounded by&nbsp;national&nbsp;forest land, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.madrivertaste.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mad River Taste Place<\/a> sits beneath hills dotted with grazing cows, idyllic barns, and artisanal&nbsp;producers.&nbsp;<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233279&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Proximity&nbsp;is a fundamental&nbsp;philosophy for the&nbsp;Taste Place, which was opened by Robin Morris&nbsp;in July 2017.
