We all know that food trends come and go; it feels like just yesterday that cheese tea was causing waves in California. Now, a tea and coffee house in Southern California offers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bustle.com\/p\/what-is-cheese-coffee-this-drink-its-variations-are-set-to-give-cheese-tea-a-run-for-its-money-15912016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cheese coffee<\/a>, with cold brew as the base. Before you grimace imagining clumps of mozzarella in your iced coffee, the &#8220;cheese&#8221; part is a concoction of sweetened cream cheese and heavy cream. Dust it with some cocoa powder and we&nbsp;have ourselves a winner!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Here&#8217;s what you might have missed this week in cheese news:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The notorious Denver&#8217;s Whole Foods <a href=\"https:\/\/theknow.denverpost.com\/2019\/01\/29\/denver-whole-foods-mac-and-cheese-bar-closed\/207674\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mac and cheese bar<\/a> described as the&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c4-foot-wide Promise Land of carbs and cheese\u201d is on its last leg.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Experts have estimated that Americans will buy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodandwine.com\/news\/americans-will-casually-buy-88-million-pounds-cheese-prep-super-bowl-sunday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">88 million pounds of cheese<\/a> for Superbowl festivities. With an enormous dairy surplus, we say make it 89 million.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>In case you&#8217;re wondering what to do with all the cheese you just bought, consider a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orlandosentinel.com\/food-restaurants\/os-et-super-bowl-recipe-20190125-story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cheese ball<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/GMA\/Food\/super-bowl-party-dips-skillet-pepperoni-pizza-dip\/story?id=60679756\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">skillet pepperoni pizza dip<\/a>, or some queso.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>For those midwesterners out there, Indiana has a pretty solid cheese scene. The Indianapolis Monthly did a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianapolismonthly.com\/dining-blog\/taste-test-delightfully-smelly-cheeses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">taste test<\/a> of their smelliest cheeses, and our mouths are watering.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Budget stores are really stepping up their game. Next time you&#8217;re at Cosco, look for their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bustle.com\/p\/costcos-heart-shaped-ravioli-has-four-cheeses-is-the-perfect-valentines-day-meal-15909407\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">heart-shaped&nbsp;four cheese ravioli.<\/a> It&#8217;s never too early to plan for Valentine&#8217;s Day.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>We like bagels, we like lobster&#8230;why not combine the two? Black Seed Bagels and Luke&#8217;s Lobsters teamed up for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodandwine.com\/news\/black-seed-bagels-lukes-lobster\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">limited edition bagel sandwich<\/a>. If you can&#8217;t make it to New York, you can indulge in their lobster cream cheese.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>The Florida State Fair recently released <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wspa.com\/news\/rainbow-grilled-cheese-fl-state-fair-list-of-new-food-for-2019\/1733676219\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a list<\/a> of their new food offerings.
