With each only costing $3.49, you can&#8217;t afford NOT to take a trip down memory lane.<\/p>\n<h4>Here&#8217;s what you might have missed this week in cheese news:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Most of us are aware of the 1.4 billion pounds of surplus cheese sitting in U.S. warehouses. Regardless, business is booming for <a href=\"https:\/\/ksby.com\/news\/local-news\/2019\/02\/06\/craft-creameries-on-the-central-coast-thrive-despite-u-s-cheese-surplus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">small, artisan cheese producers<\/a>.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>There seem to be as many different kinds of cheese and there are people. But these folks polled 75,000 people to determine the <a href=\"https:\/\/uproxx.com\/life\/best-cheese-in-the-world-types-ranked\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">best cheeses in the world.<\/a>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>We all know that wedding cake normally tastes gross. If you&#8217;re about to get hitched, consider this 24-pound artisan <a href=\"https:\/\/fox8.com\/2019\/02\/04\/costco-selling-wedding-cake-made-of-24-pounds-of-artisan-cheese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cheese wedding cake<\/a> from Costco instead.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>In case you&#8217;re late to the party, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.today.com\/food\/what-cheese-coffee-cheese-coffee-being-served-several-cafes-t148271\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cheese coffee<\/a> is starting to gain traction in the U.S. See what you&#8217;re missing and try Percolate&#8217;s B.S.T.
