Otherwise, make yourself a fresh batch of coffee and a platter of Cali classics like <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer83.wordpress-developer.us\/culturecheesemag\/cheese-library\/humboldt-fog\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Humboldt Fog<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer83.wordpress-developer.us\/culturecheesemag\/cheese-bites\/valley-fords-estero-gold-reserve-ridge-style\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estero Gold<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It\u2019s time to hunker down with this week\u2019s cheese news.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s what you might have missed this week: <\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s a time and a place for American cheese, and it\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/skillet.lifehacker.com\/make-a-fancy-foam-out-of-cheap-processed-cheese-1833467609\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">called fancy cheese foam<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\n<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After meeting their goal with weeks to spare, this highly-anticipated smart cheesemaking machine <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/munchies.vice.com\/en_us\/article\/qvy57q\/the-mysterious-case-of-the-suspended-fully-funded-kickstarter-smart-cheesemaker\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was mysteriously suspended from Kickstarter. <\/span><\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Swiss university experimented with playing different genres of music to wheels of cheese as they age.
