However, a new addition to Silicon Valley might be changing the game. This <a href=\"https:\/\/thespoon.tech\/new-culture-is-developing-creamy-mozzarella-cheese-without-the-cow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New Zealand company<\/a> &#8220;trains&#8221; genetically modified microbes to produce some of these missing proteins. However, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/linhanhcat\/2019\/04\/25\/domestication-blue-cheese-mold\/#6efce56246d1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a new study<\/a> on the genetic history of blue cheese offers a different origin story.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Spring is one of the best times to explore New England. Next time you feel like a road trip to ogle spring colors, here are some of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.necn.com\/on-air\/as-seen-on\/Best-New-England-Farms-for-Fresh-Cheese_NECN-509104622.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">best farms to visit<\/a>.<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Uh-oh.
