This bulk-food superstore recently released a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ktvu.com\/news\/costco-launches-pre-packaged-cheese-flight-that-comes-with-handy-wine-pairing-suggestions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pre-packaged cheese flight<\/a> in select stores and the choices are pretty appetizing: Yellow Door Creamery&#8217;s Monteau alpine and fontina, Jasper Hill Farm&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/developer83.wordpress-developer.us\/culturecheesemag\/blog\/regional-cheese-cuisine-vermont-cheddar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cabot Clothbound Cheddar,<\/a> El Pastor&#8217;s red wine-soaked goat cheese, and Torero Matador&#8217;s 12-month Manchego. Unwrap the cheeses, arrange them on a platter, and you&#8217;re good to go. Plus, they even have wine pairing suggestions!<\/p>\n<h4>Here&#8217;s what else you might have missed in cheese news:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Chuck E. Cheese is bringing the party to your house. They recently announced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.today.com\/food\/chuck-e-cheese-launches-pizza-delivery-hefty-price-t157203\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a service<\/a> that delivers pizza (for up to 12 people), dessert, and decorations&#8230;but it costs $125.
