Since it was Wisconsin who brought the cheese into existence back in the 1800s, we think this is a fitting choice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2019\/10\/31\/775181174\/how-californias-blackouts-are-affecting-the-states-dairy-farmers\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">California dairy farmers have been significantly struggling<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> since the wildfires have ravaged the area and left several farms\u2014that are dependent on electricity\u2014without power.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FrieslandCampina, a Dutch dairy cooperative, just introduced <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodbev.com\/news\/frieslandcampina-introduces-recyclable-cheese-packaging\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fully recyclable cheese packaging<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for their products\u2014a first for the industry.
