Hence why cheese influencer Marissa Mullen, the face behind <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/thatcheeseplate\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@thatcheeseplate<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, took it upon herself to ditch those soggy pre-made dinners and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delish.com\/food-news\/a30783195\/that-cheese-plate-airplane-charcuterie-board\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">make a beautiful charcuterie spread<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014while sitting in economy class. And of course, shared all of this with Instagram. We\u2019re beyond impressed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldchampioncheese.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">World Champion Cheese Contest<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> just made history. Organizers announced there have been <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.perishablenews.com\/deli\/world-championship-cheese-contest-breaks-all-time-entry-record-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a record-breaking amount of entries for this year\u2019s competition: 3,667<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which is hundreds more than the last competition in 2018. Cheesemakers from 26 countries and 36 US states will be judged March 3rd through 5th in Madison, Wisconsin, for the most exciting contest yet.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A man was recently arrested in Washington <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/man-grocery-store-rafters-arrested-cheese-1486152\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">after living in a grocery store for weeks and stealing food and cigarettes.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Among his stolen goods? A whopping $400 worth of Beecher\u2019s cheese.
