But real potato lovers know this versatile starch should be celebrated year-round, especially with cheese: like in this <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer83.wordpress-developer.us\/culturecheesemag\/recipes\/creamed-spinach-twice-baked-potatoes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creamed Spinach Twice Baked Potato<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> recipe (which you should definitely make for dinner tonight).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In other cheese news:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/03\/02\/dining\/gouda-2dutcheese.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a new cheese vendor at Columbus Circle\u2019s Turnstyle market<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in New York City, and they\u2019re dishing out a rainbow of delicious Dutch cheeses. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/2dutcheese.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2Dutcheese<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> founder Younes Shina was homesick for the Gouda of his homeland and is now serving up the flavors of our wildest dreams in the US, like green Guacamole and brown Coffee flavored goudas.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guild of Fine Food recently announced that <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dairyfoods.com\/articles\/94154-spain-to-host-world-cheese-awards-2020\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this year\u2019s World Cheese Awards will be held in Oviedo, Spain this November.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It\u2019s shaping up to be a record-breaking year, following last year\u2019s overwhelming number of entries and countries represented.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Murray\u2019s Mac and Cheese is celebrating its first birthday in the best way: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amny.com\/eat-and-drink\/murrays-mac-cheese-will-celebrate-their-first-birthday-with-special-new-flavors\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by offering a special edition flavor.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The \u201cbirthday mac and cheese\u201d will include an iconic trio of year-long aged cheeses\u2014Jarlsberg, Tarentaise, and Cabot clothbound cheddar\u2014combined for the gooiest, most decadent dish that\u2019s available for the month of March at their Bleeker Street location.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/brownfieldagnews.com\/news\/january-cheese-production-up-fractionally-on-year\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">USDA reported that January\u2019s cheese production went up 0.4%<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> since last year, with the biggest increases behind Hispanic-style cheeses, Romano cheeses, and\u2014the American breakfast fave\u2014cream cheese. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marmite might be the most divisive food in existence, but that doesn\u2019t stop it from trying to branch out through new mediums&#8230;like dairy. They\u2019ve recently launched <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2020\/03\/04\/ms-selling-marmite-flavoured-butter-cream-cheese-cheddar-twists-12346487\/\">Marmite-flavored butter and cream cheeses.<\/a> Unfortunately, they\u2019re currently only available at UK-based store Marks &amp; Spencer.
