According to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dairyfoods.com\/articles\/94912-gouda-news-for-retail-cheese\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dairy Foods<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, both natural and processed retail cheeses saw double-digit growth in the past year. But their most popular wheel of choice wasn\u2019t a local.
