It will take place May 19-20, 2022, at the TCF Bank Stadium on the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis campus. Entries will open in October, following this year\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cheesesociety.org\/conference\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">virtual conference<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boxcarr Handmade Cheese teased a brand-new cheese on their Instagram\u2014<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CRonSi3ncrA\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cottonbloom<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014a goat\u2019s milk bloomy rind cheese made from yogurt cultures with a layer of ash under the surface.
