This Swiss Gruy\u00e8re is made by Michael Spycher of Mountain Dairy Fritzenhaus in Bern, Switzerland for Gourmino AG. Having earned a score of 98.423 out of 100, Gourmino Le Gruy\u00e8re AOP bested an impressive 2,978 entries.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A recent study published in <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medical Hypotheses <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">found that eating blue cheese can be beneficial in reducing risk for cardiovascular diseases.
