In every issue of\u00a0culture<\/strong>, we choose a beautiful and delicious wheel or wedge to feature as our centerfold cheese. We tell the unique backstory of each cheese, and style and photograph it to capture its particular beauty. As we wrap up the year, we’re inspired to revisit the centerfolds of 2022, with immense appreciation for the creativity and dedication of the cheesemakers, photographers, and stylists who made these images possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
