My second choice would be the <a href=\"https:\/\/alexianpate.com\/ap_product\/mixed-vegetable\/\">Alexian Vegetable Pate<\/a>. It was buttery and rich! Something out of the ordinary. I&#8217;m not even a big fan of tinned fish, and I may have been starving, but it was delicious. I found about five or so remaining crackers in my cabinet to pair with. They\u2019re perfectly thin and crispy with just a touch of salt. Fabulous with any of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.woodsidecheesewrights.com\/?srsltid=AfmBOooaEMAdXMLRMpCdY3CWJoXUIrOs19He7WWFCXtbcyZkE2eHWQm-\">Woodside Cheese Wrights<\/a> cheeses.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wildwoodchocolate.com\/collections\/all\/products\/fennel-pollen-caramel-box\">Wildwood Fennel Pollen Caramels<\/a><br \/>\nThese bite-sized chewy caramels had a nice salty-sweet balance with notes of browned butter and ever-so-minty fennel. Definitely craveable and would pair well with a fudgy blue for an indulgent dessert.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/static1.squarespace.com\/static\/56db1f547c65e4d744d0d8a4\/t\/63b4d8b4e60ca92d624e668e\/1672796340620\/DuckProsciutto.pdf\">Smoking Goose Duck Prosciutto<\/a><br \/>\nAll of the charcuterie booths had nice products, but Smoking Goose\u2019s Duck Prosciutto stood out. Not too gamey with a hint of citrus, it\u2019s a great replacement for a classic cured meat on a board.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.specialtyfood.com\/news-media\/news-features\/member-press-releases\/cypress-grove-unveils-bold-new-flavor-olive-herb-at-the-winter-fancy-food-show-in-las-vegas\/\">Cypress Grove Olive &amp; Herb Goat Cheese<\/a><br \/>\nThere is definitely a trend of mimicking or incorporating classic cocktail flavors in cheese, and this one hit the mark for mirroring martini vibes. Perfectly stackable. \u2026 Just add gin.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pluckypickledip.com\/original-dill\">Plucky Pickle Dip: Original Dill<\/a><br \/>\nI absolutely love a pickle. And pickled veggies are definitely having a moment. My non-cheese faves were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marinfood.co.jp\/english\/products\/page\/003690.html\">uni butter from Marin Food<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/piedmontpennies.com\/products\/large-carton-15oz\">Piedmont Pennies Original Sharp Cheddar Baked Biscuit Bites<\/a><em>\u2014<\/em>these were reminiscent of a Southern cheese straw, but a little less sandy in texture with the addition of puffed rice to add some fun crunch; and <a href=\"https:\/\/framani.com\/products\/salame-rosa\">Fra&#8217;Mani Salame Rosa<\/a> with pistachios.
